Description
It is ideal for creating a smokey eye and filling in brows. It makes an excellent base for eye liner, using an angled liner brush.

Base Ingredients: Jojoba oil, beeswax, candelilla wax, cornstarch, castor oil, rice-based Vitamin E.
Color Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.
